Julie has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years. She started with a small firm that handled accounting, finance, administrative & HR placements. Julie understands starting from the bottom. She started as a Receptionist and within a year, she was promoted to Bookkeeper, Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Owner.

While working full time, Julie also went to school full time for a Bachelor’s in Business from Florida International University located in Miami, Florida. She successfully completed her degree in 1998. In 1999, she started recruiting and managed the recruiting firm for over 14 years.

In 2010, during the recession, the agency closed. Julie was shortly recruited to work with one of the top staffing agencies in South Florida, and has been with the company for over 5 years. As a successful career mentor and recruiter, she was subsequently chosen to assist with creating a presence in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Julie manages both the Jacksonville and South Florida regions.
